Yes. The app is free to download for everyone. Owners pay per booking; sitters and walkers receive their full advertised rate.

Card payments are processed through a regulated payment provider. The funds are held until the service is delivered, then released to the provider's IBAN.

If a service is cancelled before delivery, the owner is refunded automatically. Disputes after delivery are reviewed by our team within 5 business days.

Worldwide — 177 countries including the USA, all of Europe, the United Kingdom, Switzerland and Norway. Anyone in those countries can sign up as owner, sitter or walker.

Complete at least 10 bookings with an average rating ≥ 4.7 stars. The badge unlocks a reduced 15% platform fee on every future booking.

Your PawFollow Family plan covers YOU + up to 5 invited members (6 people in total). Everyone follows your pet, the alerts and the live position on the same map — handy for spouses, grown-up kids or trusted friends.

Once a booking is paid, the owner taps “Track my pet” in the chat and the walker or sitter accepts in one tap — the live position appears instantly on the PawMap. Outside bookings, the PawFollow subscription (violet chip on the map) lets you follow your own pet and your family at any time. Tracking can be turned off whenever you want.

Yes. Sign up for a new role with the same email: your identity, phone, address, card and IBAN are carried over automatically, and your subscriptions (PawFollow, PawSpot, PawPremium, Family) keep their remaining days on every profile. One account, three profiles.
